Chuck, The training was very helpful to me.  As you know I just got started in my Real Estate career so almost everything you taught was new to me.  In a group setting like that I almost NEVER ask questions.  But you made me feel comfortable enough to do so.  I don't really know why but I think part of it is your relaxed style, sense of humor, and your totally non-condescending approach to teaching.  

I will attend any class you teach in the future if I am available to do so.
